Hello, this is my first blog post Entitled “The ones to destroy monsters have always been humans”- Alucard. Hellsing. This topic leads into the modern relationship between men and women especially in the workforce. In Hellsing Alucard is battling a once human that turned himself into a monster to defeat Alucard. Similarly some- not all-women entering the workforce have taken on the aspects of men that are predatory to the nature of sustainable peace and growth. I mean both internal/mental and external predatory tactics. You can not defeat the bad by becoming bad. Men have a history of being the hunters in society so it is natural to have those predatory inclinations to a higher degree than women, but we also have some coping mechanisms to deal with these stressors from ourselves and others. Also as time goes on those predatory structures will be less valuable to modern society. Lets all agree that the world systems was messed up and unfair about 60 years ago. We as males did not see the value of female input/voice. It has gotten better but we did not transfer coping mechanisms, but transferred the power inconsistency or predator instinct.
