So lets talk depression.

This blog took a lot out of me to write. What happens when your mind fails you. This is a continuation of retention of humanity. The first thing to do is to seek assistance someone who has gone through an episode is your first stop if you know one- yet most hide away this part of themselves as if it is a fault- its not. Second is to seek professional assistance- you might have to end up taking medication (meds) daily. And some forms of depression are chronic, some are seasonal, and some are situational. To prepare you for these varieties of depression, low dose meds usually gets you through seasonal and situational. However chronic needs a long term strategy. I am not comfortable with therapist but I gave it a try and know they are available to help if needed. And remember depression “It’s not much of a tail, but I’m sort of attached to it.” -Eeyore Winnie the Pooh
